My name is Billy. I am a lyric baritone singer who mainly performs in musical theater in San Diego and a UCSD graduate. I have been training by the traditional bel canto method for years by opera lyric soprano Juliana Snapper, who is an Oberlin Conservatory alumni, and a student of one of the Vocal Pedagogy pioneers Richard Miller. ********************************************************* I apply the technique to my musical theater singing, but in fact I started in pop singing before I got my training so I apply the technique to the more contemporary selections as well to make my contemporary style singing sounds even better than before. I am fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and be able to sing in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, and Korean.

I am also a piano/melodica player who likes to do improvising. I started playing piano since I was 5, and I have grade 8 of Associated Board of Royal School of Music.
